When you fill out our request form, we receive the name, email address, and phone number you enter, along with the service you select and any notes you add about your heating or cooling system. We do not ask for payment details on this website.
The details you submit are used for one purpose: to reach back out, schedule a visit, and quote the work you asked about. We may keep a short record of the request so our technicians arrive prepared for the job.
AetherFlux View does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the members of our own team who handle scheduling and service, and never with outside advertisers.
Contact records are retained only as long as needed to serve you and to honor any warranty tied to the work, after which they are deleted from our systems.
You may ask us at any time to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Indiana residents, and residents of states with laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, may exercise these choices by emailing contact@aetherfluxview.shop. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
If our practices change, we will post the revised policy on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the current version.
